This is a Wells Fargo office building, not sure why it would have reviews but there is a small ATM branch downstairs with the friendliest staff! Also a Starbucks but tbh you can't avoid those downtown lol. The Embarcadero station has an entrance/exit right at the building's doors, you can easily walk to the Ferry Building from there.
