Great customer service I appreciate my piercer Sasha when i went to get my nose pierced. I was very anxious but Sasha was very welcoming and was comforting me in the process which was very helpful. Also she took her time and was precise on where the piercing should be placed at. She was patient on which diamond size I wanted and helped me decide. Overall 10/10 i recommend:)
I got my nose pierced here by Sasha! She was so great and made me feel so at ease. She’s clearly so experienced, was quick, thorough, and answered all my questions. The man at the front (I didn’t get his name!!) was great and welcoming and even helped with some ideas of places to visit while were here in SF! It was such a nice experience and would definitely come back!
Best piercing place in town. The piercers are so knowledgable, friendly, supportive, and personable! I've been to many places but this is my favorite. I always look forward to getting to see the piercers, and honestly I trust them with my life. They're more expensive than other places, but it is so quality. Have never had a problem with a piercing from here. Last time I went they gave me free saline solution too and I felt very loved. Thank you 13 bats!
