I call in to ask for breastfeeding help and instead of support and help she laughs about me. Im trying to explain that i do formula and breastfeeding and the reason i call is because i want to breastfeed more and shes just being sarcastic.. i dont understand what type of woman work there. Not sure if the pandemic made them like this or whats going on. Deff not a place to ask for help/support. Not supportive AT ALL.

Called their office 3x during business hours and no answer, left a voicemail and has been over a month and never got one call back. Went to office and took over 20 mins to attend me. After I told them what I needed help on they said I had to call a number and to leave a voicemail so I did and also weeks passed and no call back yet. Horrible !!
