I truly love this place they take care of me and husband with friendly and professional customer service we have been coming here for over 4 years. John and Lulio are great at what they do I highly recommend everyone to get their vehicles serviced here.
I called RLA Complete Auto Repair inquiring about pricing and to schedule a refrigerant refill just before they closed on Monday. They talked me through the process and provided a reasonable price. They were able to get me in the next morning and the process took a hour. No issues have occurred since the refill and the car's AC is back to being ice cold.
It was wonderful to call with a maintenance question, speak to a real person and get answers in just minutes! I had spent over 20 minutes on the phone with the dealership and still could not get the answer on the cost of a maintenance procedure. Not only that is time on the repair estimate and the cost were extremely accurate!
