This shop is simply AMAZING! Belen and Julissa are the best hair stylist/artist in the City of San Fernando. They know the latest trends. This shop is San Fernando's hidden gem. My daughter has suffered from low self esteem and recently wanted to dye her hair. Belen dyed her hair and her spirit transformed in minutes. She now has the most beautiful rainbow highlights. She use to hate her hair and now she is in love with herself and her hair. It's great to see my daughter happy again. Julissa has a great and positive personality.
