I had a horrible experience at this salon with Ana.
While cutting my hair, she was on FaceTime with her family and not paying attention. The camera was pointed toward me, showing my face without my con-sent, which made me very uncomfortable.
She messed up my haircut, didn't blow-dry my hair correctly, and wasn't listening when I asked her to stop. I eventually got up and walked away, and she even chased me to ask for money. I still paid out of courtesy, but I will never return to this place.
