Excellent help from Phil at Electropedic Manufacturing Corp in San Fernando. My thirty year old bed stopped working. Called Phil, he helped me with over-the-phone diagnosis, and recommended replacing one $59 part... a hand controler switch that had simply worn out after 30 years of pushing the buttons. He shipped the correct part, and now all is working great again. Maybe for another thirty years! Thanks to Electropedic for stocking parts for such an old bed, and thanks to Phil for great service.
