Great staff, they were not able to take my dogs temperature through his anus. The staff had no other alternative so there was no temperature check. I might bring my own forehead thermometer next time. Other than that it was good.

We've been all over now, and Banfield is the worst! We have pet insurance, and they do is little is possible for you. So we ended up going to an ER and then to San dimas Animal Hospital. The vet here at san dimas told us more than any of the other pet hospitals and explained to us pretty much in detail what needs to be done. I highly recommend this place.
