The tech came out three times and trapped all of the gophers! Rodent Guys are great.
Unfortunately, gophers move around in the neighborhood, so new ones eventually return.
I will definitely use them next time, also.
The service people are good and helpful. They do a good job. However there is one woman in the office who is not helpful or nice. She is the only reason I stopped using the service. I rarely called but she was always rude. Even when I terminated the service and requested a final bill, she wrote across it, pay your bills. It was my final bill.
We thought we had gophers so we called Rodent Guys. Bruce came out and inspected the yard and did some tests then told us that we didn't have gophers. We had had a mole but it looked like it was gone. No charge. Very honest service. We will definitely call Rodent Guys again if we suspect a problem.
