Abuse of Power! The field surveyor (Jim) whom we already knew from surveying our same home over our decades of ownership, crafted a ‘surprise’ report that led to our INSURANCE company DROPPING us! He was TWO-FACED assuring us that like before, our home was not in any jeopardy—while simultaneously writing down items that could have been ADDRESSED by us on the spot, like cutting a branch from a tree that was close to the house. (We are SENIORS with no income but, would have happily retrieved the clippers.) These people are a joke. They showed up unannounced and unauthorized on my property and caused damage to my vehicle and then left. I got it on my camera. Filing a report with local police.By the way, none ever answers the phone.

Insurance inspector (O. Ochoa) arrived unannounced and started taking photos of our house without permission. When we approached him and asked who he was, he told us he was an inspector for an insurance company we don't work with. He then refused to delete the photos from his camera and refused to give us a number to call. Extremely sketchy situation.
