Still enjoying our pool with no problems. Jeff was awesome. My pool was built when he was just starting out. I had his potential clients come look at his amazing work. His business took off like a wildlife. He was building amazing pools left and right. I believe he grew too big to fast and unfortunately a contractor is only as good as his subcontractors When multiple issues arise it can snowball into something that can swallow you... Like trying to put a forest fire out with a garden hose. . Sometimes less is more. Maybe if he kept the business smaller he would have had more control and stop the bleeding. Jeff is a good guy and that's that. I'm sorry to hear his business isn't doing so well and I hope all his current pool builds finish well.

I will give 3 stars for now. They are currently in the process of finishing our pool. But the communication is TERRIBLE.. I will update this in the next few weeks I am giving them a chance to redeem themselves. If anyone has questions regarding our experience with pool logic I will answer ALL your questions.

They did a fine job with pool. However, I had an issue with one of the pool fixtures after two years. I called them and they blew me off. Not good customer service after they are done with you. Be careful hiring them.
