This chain franchise is a nice place to visit with your pet. If they have an accident, staff will help with clean-up if needed. Selection is very good and prices are competitive.My only concern is the check-out process, which is overly time-consuming.

I can't thank the kitty cottage staff enough for taking tender care of my Buzz. He had severe anxiety during his stay and they made every attempt to make him feel at ease. During my last visit to drop off the kennel that was borrowed (to transport a very stressed kitty) each of the staff asked me how he was doing. I appreciate the staff so much for doing the best they could given this situation. Thank you, thank you?
