I cannot thank Luong Lasting enough for the incredible job they did on my makeup and hair for my wedding day. I had the joy of working with their team for three major events - my engagement shoot, traditional Vietnamese engagement ceremony, and wedding - and each time, they exceeded every expectation. Devon was amazing with my hair - from styling my bangs for our engagement shoot over a year ago to creating the most elegant updo for the wedding day. She even designed it so I could easily take it down for the reception, and it still looked flawless. Melody worked pure magic with my makeup. I've never really worn makeup before, so I put my full trust in her - and she made me look so naturally beautiful I could cry. My bridesmaids and mom were equally thrilled with their looks, and everyone felt so confident and radiant. What's even more impressive is that after an 18-hour day - starting hair and makeup at 6 a.m. and celebrating until midnight - not a single smudge or curl was out of place. Truly remarkable. I booked Luong Lasting for my wedding this past weekend and they did not disappoint. Emma made the whole process easy. Kim Anh was our hair stylist and Sandra was our make artist for the day. They were punctual, professional and friendly! They were very accommodating to the wedding parties' request. I ended up changing my hair style day of and on the spot, Kim Anh had to use her creativity to fill in the missing side that the picture did not have. My low updo turned out so beautiful! Kim and Ysabelle are my fairy godmothers!! I got married last November 2024 and unfortunately my first hair & makeup artist did not work out due to "creative differences." She wasn't able to accommodate changes in the hairstyle I want & was not willing to work around our wedding schedule. So that left me with 2 months to find someone new. Thank goodness my friend Christine referred me to Kim & Luong Lasting and I honestly am so glad I found Kim and Ysabelle for my big day. I hired Kim and Ysabelle for my bridal & bridal party hair & makeup. Kim did all of our hair and Ysabelle did our makeup. From the very beginning of our trial, I was impressed with the team's communication and transparency. Luong Lasting was quick to respond in answering my questions through messages and emails. Kim and Ysabelle are both very lovely and easy going. They made my family and bridal party feel comfortable and at ease. They applied just the amount of makeup we asked for and gave the most fabulous up-dos. I loved their attention to deal. Always asking me how I felt about everything they did and applied on my face. I felt like they both genuinely cared about me and was always open to feedback and changes. Kim and Ysabelle made it easy and comfortable to tell them how I wanted my makeup and hair done. Let them know what you want and they'll make it happen! I was blown away by how efficient they both worked around our busy wedding schedule. Kim and Ysabelle gave me beautiful makeup and voluminous hair in 2 hours! They worked fast, but everything was precisely done. My hair and makeup lasted all night!! No reapplication needed except for my lipstick. I can't thank these two enough for making me feel like the most beautiful bride ever. A big thank you and shout out to Kim, who at the last minute, worked her schedule around for me to be available on my wedding day. I literally cried when she said she would do this huge favor.
