Wow! Jumping Jacks was truly a life saver. Due to rainy weather we had to switch our party from outdoors to indoors, within 24 hours. Luckily we were able to book the day before the party with the help of Ray and he provided my husband who is a disabled vet with a military discount. Thank you Ray! And Sadie was amazing, she was the staff member who assisted with party set up, pizza serving, cake cutting and so much more! She was very helpful and made this party a true success. Thank you Sadie! First time coming here for a birthday party and I would say that this place does do the job with keeping kids entertained. They have designated bins for you to drop off the gifts for the birthday boy/girl which is cool but seems risky. A lot of the arcade games are very dated and don’t seem to work. A few people in our party had the game take the money but not work. The staff resolved the issue, though. The location really requires an upgrade/makeover. The jumpers were dirty as well as other areas. The staff also give off the impression that they don’t want to be there whatsoever. No energy or excitement which you would see at other locations. This place is awesome!! The staff made my son's birthday so unforgettable. The friendly and welcoming staff to all of our guests had them asking about tne oackages so they can gave their children's special day here. The place is super clean and they make party planning so easy. Thank you so much ?
