Project consisted of installing pantry shelving in an existing empty cabinet. Team members provided excellent suggestions and guidance for the design and installation. As the project progressed we were always updated in a timely manner. At installation the teams members were very respectful of the household and the work area. At completion the work area was cleaned and the team members were responsive to all questions.
When me and my wife went in. We were greeted very warmly by a person named Michelle.. We got some great ideas on how we’re going to do our kitchen and bath, she showed us some great designs that we were not aware that we were able to do. Once we refinance, we are definitely returning to her, cause her attention to detail and her understanding our needs came above all else. We’re excited to go back to her when we upgrade our kitchen and bathroom. Thank you for the friendly warm welcome you have given us. It goes leaps and bounds above other places..
First off…WOW! Their showroom is beautiful, well put together and the displays are great for someone who wants the visual. Alejandra was very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with a few questions and she explained it amazingly without coming off as a salesperson..her customer service is top-tier!!! I’m not ready for my remodel just yet but the first impression was good enough to return when I am...Keep up the great work JB! 😊
