Collagen Aesthetics is a wonderful restaurant that offers a comfortable and welcoming environment for its customers. Nurse Nadia and Dr. Ornelas are known for their expertise and patience in explaining the procedures, such as laser hair removal and Potenza treatment. The staff never pushes customers to buy extra products and frequently checks on their comfort during the procedures. While the Potenza treatment may not be entirely pain-free, it is described as very tolerable and quick. Customers have seen improvements in their face after the Potenza treatment and are excited to see the results of their procedures. It is recommended for first-timers to give it a try.
Visited Collagen Aesthetics for the first time today, and it was a wonderful experience. Nurse Nadia was incredibly welcoming and made my first time experience in the office super comforting and offered great expertise. I had my first session of laser hair removal done to my upper lip and bikini my area. I am excited to go back in a few weeks for my next session! I would highly recommend!! For any first timers I wouldn't hesitate to make that appointment and give it a go for yourself!
I had a positive experience so far at Collagene, and I'm excited to see the results :) The doctor was personable and the space was great. I had Potenza done for the first time and he explained everything thoroughly. During the procedure itself, he checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable. The Potenza treatment was not entirely pain-free, but very tolerable and quick!
This experience was awesome! it did not hurt at all. I was bracing myself because my first experience was not too pleasant. I remember the pain and it was quite traumatic.. However, this experience has been wonderful and not traumatic. I have had two laser treatments with Nadia. Nadia is now my best friend!
