I had 2 different techs. I didn't get the guy's name. He put my gel x on, and a couple are not straight. I asked him about them and he said don't worry I'll shape it. That didn't fix it. The amount of glue under the nail is kind of insane. Luckily he had Kristy finish and she was wonderful! Her attention to detail is amazing and she was so sweet and really made me feel comfortable asking for what I wanted. Thank you Kristy!
Update: Came back to get the gel x removed and got a manicure with dip. Ben was my tech and he was awesome. He had a silly sense of humor that put me at ease and he did a great job on my manicure. I'll definitely be back!
Thank you to charms got nails for fixing the flower design I had on my nails! I went to a salon near my new home and was not satisfied with the flowers I received. I called charm and they go me in on my lunch and did exactly what I asked for. I appreciate their attention to detail and listening to the customer.
