Made a reservation about a week in advance to bring my dog here for the self-wash. They state on the web site that they have raised prices recently-we were charged $15 and that seemed very reasonable to us, and $60 for a 5 pack is a deal I will take them up on. We arrived and I thought they would be more busy, but our stall was waiting. Everything is super organized with shampoo, conditioner, no tear face wash, ear cleaner, towels, brushes, combs-everything you could need, you absolutely don't need to bring anything to this place to do your doggie wash. First time at the vip spa with scout It was a little cramped in the washing area for my husband and me. We needed one to hold one to wash. Bc of this doggy virus we decided to try VIP Spa. Glad we did . Staff friendly, Scout resting after his experience at the Spa.

I’ve been taking my dogs here every 1-2 months for the past 2.5 years and have been very happy with them every time. To note: one of my dogs is a petite almost 3 year old, 4 lb rescue (per DNA test: mix of chihuahua, Pomeranian, Mini poodle, Min pin, shitzu, cocker spaniel). She is tiny and poofy. Not only do we have to be very careful where we take her because tiny dogs easily get injured, but they also do a very thorough job. Little miss thing is a hot mess when we drop her off, and we always pick up a happy, pretty, clean, clipped, little princess every time!
