I’ve been taking my dogs here every 1-2 months for the past 2.5 years and have been very happy with them every time. To note: one of my dogs is a petite almost 3 year old, 4 lb rescue (per DNA test: mix of chihuahua, Pomeranian, Mini poodle, Min pin, shitzu, cocker spaniel). She is tiny and poofy. Not only do we have to be very careful where we take her because tiny dogs easily get injured, but they also do a very thorough job. Little miss thing is a hot mess when we drop her off, and we always pick up a happy, pretty, clean, clipped, little princess every time! Kristin and the staff at VIP Pet Spa are amazing with our poodle mix rescue, who is roughly 5 years old. She had never been groomed except when put under anesthesia after being removed from a neglected situation and taken to an animal shelter in LA. Grooming her was problematic to say the least and we had been to 2 other groomers who couldn't do the job. Kristin was able to do a full grooming and our doggie doesn't even mind going now! VIP does an amazing job. We won't take her anywhere else!

I have a senior dog and used the self wash dog station for the first time. The shampoos and conditioner was within reach and and the pet ramp with the doggie door was very handy. A plastic apron, for me; warm water and pet scrubbers for my pup was the icing, the cherry was ear mufflers so my sweet baby doesn't freak out with the sound of the hair dryer! Pleasant staff, plenty of towels, supplies etc. I highly recommend and did I mention the price is fantastic! Can't go wrong at Pet VIP!!
