We have lived in San Clemente several years. From day one we were referred to Tony's for any keys or lock work. We have never once been disappointed by them. The staff has always been very professional, informative, and polite. The price was always fair to the work preformed. We recently purchased a safe/install. From start to finish the entire process went very smooth. The safe came in sooner than expected. The install was prompt. Kudos to Mike the Manager and Kevin for his knowledge. Kudos to Jordan and Angel for their very clean and prompt professional install. Gary V.
Eric was great! He was on time and worked quickly! He even helped me out by making a lock and key for my outside gate that didn't have a key. He was super helpful and I really appreciated how nice and friendly he was!
I'm not a regular reviewer. As a business owner for many years, I expect great service so even when given, I normally thank and pay the provider and move on. But Tony's service is so exemplary (especially this last time) that I felt I needed to say something :) Today's was the 3rd time I called on these guys over the last 6 years, and all services provided were top notch, fair and honest. Jordan was the locksmith who responded today. I expected that he would have to replace lock with a remote unlocking device that was installed on a gate by a fencing company that was always problematic and the original installer couldn't get it right on several try's.... read full review
