He made a little gasp as he looked at my lower spine x-rays, as I first damaged this area in my mid twenties over a decade of doing inappropriate lifting at work, and these injuries have remained on into my early seventies. Dr. Tim Swift is very skilled at what he does, and the changes have been subtle but encouraging. He also has a practitioner who does regenerative healing practices, which I also availed myself to. It is early days, but I am so encouraged by this work. I am returning home in a week, and have already scheduled an appointment with a Gonstead chiropractic doctor in my area. I am not in pain so much as dealing with numbness and leg injuries, so if you have issues, seeing someone like Dr. Tim Swift before you head into chronic pain might be helpful.
