That one little decision I made a year ago to see Katie to find out what her method was all about, changed my health and outlook on life. I knew as soon as she started working on me that she has that special feel for the body. Then with each subsequent session I felt my body working better, as though awakening to how it is meant to operate. Katie is wonderful! Her approach is gentle, caring and very effective. Her ability to find problem spots is remarkable. Besides being a terrific healer, Katie is also a great teacher! She made me aware of several postural positions that were affecting my ability to function efficiently and without pain. She took me through the 10 sessions, and I have never felt more length in my spine, but also freedom in my movement. I am pain free, aware, and back to exercising without pain!
