My amplifier for the outdoor speaker system went bad with very minimal usage and unfortunately was out of warranty. I found a local repair shop in Santa Monica that diagnosed and contacted Sonance for parts to repair. Sonance does not sell the parts, so the unit could not be repaired. I was very upset and called Sonance and pleaded my case. Sonance found the exact same unit I had (it has been superseded by a new model) and did a warranty replacement at no cost to me. Veronica is the person who helped me. This is how a company should treat the customer and why I am giving them a 5-star review. Thank you Veronica and Sonance!

Their American Red Cross blood drive was run extremely well!! Sam went above and beyond sending out a text to remind you to drink plenty of water and complete your rapid pass, then greeted you with the biggest smile when you arrived. My nurse, Leana, was awesome!! GIVE BLOOD....IT DOESN'T HURT, ONLY HELPS ? ? ?
