I've been going to this dermatology office since last November 2022, And they have been outstanding with helping me control my hormonal acne. The staff is incredible and always on top of their schedule. They always keep me updated if I have an appointment coming up or they call me to notify me to let me know any new updates on products I have acquired about. I am so grateful that they have helped me in my journey to clear skin again.
The doctor is very nice and he spends as much time as he needs with you. He isn’t trying to rush out the door after spending 3 minutes with you. It took to long to get called back. It should not have to wait so long. You have to fill out all this information and then the doctor asks you all the same information. No one reads what I spent 30 minutes to fill out.
I went in for a biopsy of a freckle that was getting darker on my lip. Dr. Medhi was knowledgeable, kind, and performed the procedure gently. He was understanding to my concerns and answered all of my questions with detail. I am happy to come back.
