Front office staff always very friendly and helpful. Had a general cleaning, with laser treatment. Hygienist was friendly knowledgeable and explained everything very well. It was totally painless!!
It was my first appointment as I recently moved to SoCal from CT. I picked Shoreline Dental in part because I have a compromised immune system and I looked for a dentist’s office which has individual rooms where patients are seen with doors that close—and Shoreline Dental has that type of facility in San Clemente. In any case, they were very happy to accommodate me and all the staff members I dealt with—whether on the phone or in person—were very friendly and knowledgeable. And they listened very carefully to what I was seeking in terms of treatment options.
