Always does a great job! Usually about 4-5 day turnaround, but I recently needed a suit done in about 3 days and she actually completed it ahead of schedule! I also needed a repair for a hole on one of my cashmere sweaters and she did a phenomenal job - you can barely tell there was a big hole in the materiel (and cashmere is a tough fix). Very poor dry cleaning! Frequently had to return clothing due to not having cleaned it well the first time! Returned a shirt of my husband's that had been cleaned and the collar and cuff's were still dirty. Sarah, the clerk, wanted to charge me to dry clean it again. Due to her inability to speak English, it was hard to have a discussion with her about the continued problem.So, will be going to another dry cleaners in Dana Point, a little out of the way, but, well worth it (and less expensive).

Been getting my work dry cleaning here since the place across the street closed. Never any problems with Sarah until we had a slip cover dry cleaned. Brought it home and the thing would not fit. Andrew, the owner came over and between the two of us over 200 pounds got the slip cover on but the thing is busting at the seams, the pillows are too small. Andrew's responses, they'll stretch. My wife called Andrew and she was not happy with how the slipcover fit, Andrew actually yelling at her telling her that she filmed me saying that it was OK.
