I happily drive 45 miles to have Kate cut my hair. A talented and great person. As good a therapist as she is a stylist.
Kate is an excellent hairstylist and a wonderful human being I enjoy her and her services so much.
This review is solely for the customer service aspect of this salon. I booked my first appointment with Kate and was SO excited! However I unfortunately had to cancel the same day as my appointment because my son had a fever in the morning, so I was unable to take him to daycare and didn't have childcare coverage. I was super bummed and left a voicemail first thing in the morning and then called back 3 additional times with no answer. I even called back the next day and left another apologetic voice message for Kate and reiterated that I would love to rebook for a Saturday (since my husband could be with my kiddo no matter what) and was willing to put down a credit... read full review
