As a weekend warrior, I've relied on her expertise for years, and she never fails to get me back on track when I overdo it. Renee is incredibly knowledgeable and communicative—she explains exactly what's going on with my muscles, pinpointing problem areas and providing helpful tips for what I can do on my own to improve. She's an absolute gem, and I feel so fortunate to have found her!

Renee is the absolute BEST! I have some chronic tightness and pain spots and she knows her craft so well and is the strongest human being I have ever met. How she applies the pressure she does is crazy. And she is pleasant to be around and cares, you can tell just by talking with her. Great person and PT and I highly recommend her!!
