New owners have raised prices, but they finally have new chairs.
Update: they have new chairs, but they're not much more comfortable than the old broken-down ones. And the price increase is not worth it. I'm very local, but I can get my nails done just as well for less money while I am out around OC.
My prediction is that this will be a tourist only business until it goes out of business.

I was on vacation so I decided to get a manicure with my mom and sister and had the best experience here! None of us had ever gotten gel before but we would most definitely go back if given the chance. All three of our technicians worked quickly and efficiently but slowed down on the more detailed parts, everything from the shape to the evenness of the gel is perfect. We all got snowflake designs on our ring fingers and they look amazing, our technicians would wipe it away until they got it right and the effort shows with how detailed and precise each one is. I was quoted $70 ended up paying $102 they could not tell me what the extra $32 was for. Other than that service was good. Just something to consider if I decide to go back. I pay the price they tell me BEFORE I continue with the services. Then there is no issue! They do have a big sign that clearly says CASH TIPS ONLY! Had no problem there! You have to watch your prices these days, but that is everywhere you go!!
