This clinic has been life changing! I have tried to lose weight for over 15 years. Every year, I lost 15 pounds, then before I knew it, I gained it all back! I interviewed people that had tried different programs. I chose Lindora because the neighbor I had interviewed had lost 35 pounds and kept it off! I love that I can go to many different locations, the food is delicious, (but you also eat regular food from the grocery store), the advice from the different nurses is very doable.
