Christian and Jackie are so knowledgeable and encouraging and I feel better physically than I have in a very long time. The icing on the cake is that I already have lost five pounds and I have not even completed my first week of the weight loss program!

I started nine weeks ago. I’ve lost 22 pounds of the 50 I need to lose.I was starting to have serious health issues at 65 yrs old. Borderline diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, calves swelling up and no energy.I tried cutting calories…down to one meal a day. Nothing seemed to work.The staff at the Lindora clinic at San Clemente is the best bar none. They showed me that they’re program really works. Now I can tie my shoes without having to hold my breath. I can’t wait to get to my goal weight.
