“I had such an incredible experience at Salon Locale and can’t recommend Heather enough. She’s the owner and truly operates at a master level, confident, detail oriented, and clearly very skilled in her craft. From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and translated it into results that felt even better than I expected.

What stood out most was how intentional and thoughtful the entire appointment felt. Heather doesn’t rush. She explains what she’s doing, checks in throughout, and makes sure you feel comfortable and heard the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about the end result and about the health and integrity of your hair, not just the final look.

Her assistant Coco was also fantastic, warm, attentive, and so helpful throughout the process. She kept everything running smoothly, was kind and welcoming, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and well taken care of from start to finish.

Between Heather’s expertise and Coco’s support, the whole visit felt seamless. It’s one of those rare salon experiences where you leave not only loving your hair, but also feeling like you were in the hands of people who really know what they’re doing and take pride in it.

“Kati is the best hairdresser in the biz!!! I’ve been coming to her for almost 5 years now. Let me be clear, my hair is so dark brown naturally that it’s almost black (to my dismay); but finally, my hair is the perfect shade of blonde that still looks natural and summer ready. Over the years, we’ve done extensions that were seamless and I loved them so much. However, I recently wanted to take them out because I’m constantly diving in the ocean & pool during summer. Thankfully, my real hair still looks so healthy and thick without the extensions. Kati was also able to lighten my hair while maintaining its integrity and shine. This is the blondest I’ve been over the years and it’s so fun. Her assistant, Amber, was really thorough and had great attention to detail. They were both so sweet. Kati is the best in OC and totally worth the trip…you won’t be disappointed with her results!!“

The salon gives you a personal experience because it is set off on its own, not a large salon with numerous chairs. Tiari listens to the customer to give us exactly what we want. She has tons of experience and you always leave happy and satisfied.“

“Cyn, the talented stylist at “Sports Clips Haircuts,” provided exceptional service and attention to detail during my quick neck trim.

Despite my intention to get a quick trim and be out in five, Cyn treated it with the same level of care and professionalism as a full appointment. She meticulously cleaned up my neckline with precise clipper work, ensuring symmetry from multiple angles before finishing.

From the moment I sat down, Cyn’s warm and upbeat attitude, coupled with her exceptional attention to detail, made the visit stand out. Her polished personal presentation, friendly demeanor, and professional presence elevated the entire experience. It was evident that she takes genuine pride in her work and it seemed that’s she cares about her customers and clients alike.

Impressed by Cyn’s excellent customer service and midwest type of politeness, I decided to request the shampoo service and a relaxing scalp massage. Cyn was incredibly accommodating. The combination of shampoo and scalp massage left me feeling incredibly relaxed. When she offered me an additional five minutes for only six dollars, I couldn’t resist. I took some deep breaths and may have even fallen asleep for a minute or two.

The entire appointment, particularly thanks to Cyn’s exceptional service, recharged and refreshed me. The spontaneous clean-up felt like a full-service appointment rather than a simple touch-up or neck trim. Cyn went above and beyond what was necessary, which is rare in today’s world where I find that most people don’t put that much energy into their jobs anymore.
