Steve Conrad has been the world's best partner for a new landlord. He genuinely cares about both the tenants and the property. Recently, he helped me navigate an incredibly difficult situation with a dishonest tenant that trashed our unit and left with rent unpaid. As newer owners, we were completely distraught--nearly choosing to sell the property to recoup the lost costs. Steve handled the situation brilliantly, even going to bat for the tenants with a considerate heart. We've all been renters before, and Steve has decades of experience looking out for mutual best interests.
