The pictures listed on the website for this property are not current and are false advertising for a beautiful sandy beach that no longer exists. We rented this property for our mother's 90th birthday so she could have easy access to the sand and water. The photo shows a grassy area leading to a sandy beach off the beach front deck. There is no grass and no dry sand....instead there is a steep sandy slope leading to large bounders blocking access to the water. There was no way for her to climb down the slope and over these boulders. We rented this house off the OLD photos of a beach that doesn't exist. We never would have paid the high nightly rent had the pictures... read full review

BEWARE!!! FALSE ADVERTISING! The property we rented was a beautiful duplex on the beach; however, the pictures were totally misleading. The duplex itself is great but there is NO sandy beach. The pictures show a grassy area in front of the deck leading to a sandy beach; however, there was no grass and no dry sandy beach any longer! There was a steep hill of sand off the deck with huge boulders trying to prevent erosion. Therefore you had to scale down the hill and climb over the boulders to get to the wet sand and ocean.Also the upper unit had RATS and not only did we hear them scurrying around the unit at night, we found rat dropping everywhere....all over the floor... read full review
