I have known Alex for more than five years, when he was technical support manager for all computer systems at property management company Southern California locations. He has helped me with many issues, large and small from replacement and installing new computer systems, new software upgrades, coordination with my lap top to troubleshooting hardware and software problems, security upgrades, printer issues and more. For my convenience he has provided resolutions either through the remote access to my computers (through Team Viewer) or just came to my locations.
