As a first time customer, my experience with Sasha Salon was wonderful. They accommodated me for an appointment the same day. I went for a full head colour. My stylist was Marissa who was an amazing person to work with. She was thorough and explained each step of the process even when I didn't ask. She answered all my questions in details and discussed my desired colour with pictures and searches! I initially wanted a haircut as well but there was no availability. When Marissa found out she stayed back beyond the closing hours to give me the hair cut and I truly appreciate that! I love my colour and hair cut. Needless to say I will be a regular at this salon. My mom and I have been going to Raquel for years now and she is the best!! She always knows how to accommodate what you like and makes going to the hair salon an amazing experience. She is so sweet and extremely talented. I go to her for both hair cuts and highlights and I am always happy with my hair afterwards. She is also really amazing at doing blow drys, which I greatly appreciate. It always has a perfect, natural look. I love how much care she puts into my hair and making sure I have the best experience. Raquel is the best!
