I never leave negative reviews so this experience was truly off…. I was referred to a stylist here by a friend. Really needed some pampering. Walked in and the vibe was completely off. Everyone looked at me in a manner that suggested who are you and why are you here? I tell the host who I’m here to see and before the host can respond with politeness, the stylist I’m scheduled with speaks from her chair with a client and tells me she’s running behind schedule. I’m cool about it, waited about 10 minutes in my car and then she texts me she’s ready. Eka is amazing! My wife had used temporary hair dye and it was still stuck. It was a dark blue almost black color and Eka was able to get almost all of it out with one appointment and not using any bleach or stripping methods. She did lowlights and made it a beautiful gray/blue color. I highly recommend Eka and will look for Vivo Salon again if we return to the area.

I followed Claudia here from her previous salon. I can't recommend her enough! She really listens to you and gives you exactly what you ask for, and she's so fun to talk to. I've gotten so many haircuts in the past that didn't turn out the way I wanted, but not anymore.
