I talked to Tisha this morning. She’s very professional and helpful. She listened to me then explained the process. I am glad that you have employed her. She is absolutely the best.

An inconsiderate neighbor dumped their trash in our bin after the trash pickup day. I called San Mateo Recology and they were kind enough to send a truck the next day to pick it up. In general too, they have been very professional and I've never had any issues.
