Stay away from this place! I went for a massage, but I’m not even sure the person was licensed. It was such a bad experience that I could’ve done a better job myself. The massage was rough, almost like being hit, and at one point, she even slapped me! I’ve never seen such a poorly run business. I have no idea how they’re operating in the center of San Carlos. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

On top of that, they pressured me to leave a tip. When I gave 10% because I wasn’t happy with the service, the woman started arguing with me. She should be glad I tipped anything at all!

1. They charge $8 to use your card or $4 per person not sure what one but that's illegal in California. 2. They offer couples massage but it's in separate rooms and don't say it until after you pay 3. You pay before the service and after YOU WILL BE HARASSED for a bigger tip, they might take your card and refuse to give it back (they did to us) unless You tip more. 4. Very unprofessional and rough. Far from an oasis lol

This is the first review I've written in a very long time, I had to write this one. As a veteran with back issues, the VA gave me the option for outside Acupuncture and acupressure treatment close to my home in San Carlos. I have to thank them publicly, they have gone above and beyond my expectations, with Dr. James and Acupuncture and Iris with the acupressure back massage that is so affective and firm enough that I have been able to move more fluidly with much less pain, allowing me to walk further and even dance without the level of pain I had before. Iris is amazing, with very strong fingers and technique that is rarely matched. I highly recommend giving them a try, they are very accommodating and nice people! I look forward to my next session!
