If you are looking for somebody to remove your hair permanently. Call Robin. She is the best. I have been going to her for more than 3 years and would not consider anyone else. I've continued seeing her, less often since I moved to Sacramento. She is professional, friendly, thorough, and is knowledgeable about her products. She is a master at making you feel comfortable. I had a prior electrolysis in SF that retired and never thought I would find another. Surprise and thrilled to find Robin. Try her, you won't be sorry.

This review is on the personality and bedside manner of Robin, not necessarily the salon or service itself. The salon is cute and clean. Prices are average. Service itself, what you'd expect. My problem is two of the following things: 1) once the service is completed, Robin gives you a small ice pack. She asks you to RETURN it on your next visit because she re-uses the mini ice packs. I find that to be very unhygienic and a red flag for me. 2) I discontinued service because my skin was darkening in the spots where the hair was removed (not unusual for my skin type).
