I got a hair cut in Dallas just before taking a flight and it turned out to be bad. So I went to Headlines when I landed in SFO. They were ablut to close. But Rosemary was great to deal with and she fixed the problem quickly. She didn't charge me saying it was such a minor thing to fix. Appreciate the friendly attitude and great customer service from her.

Daysi has been cutting my kids and my hair for the last 9 years. Kids were in middle school when they first met Daysi and now they are in college and Daysi is the only one they trust with their hair cuts. While in S Korea, my daughter had her hair dyed black and as the roots grew out, what she thought was a temporary black, did not fade. Daysi restored her hair to a beautiful color. We would not go any place else.
