Want to take a minute and thank Jenna and Elena from Wag Hotels in SF. After hearing of my issue both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and felt comfortable bringing Kylo back for a visit. As I said previously, I understand things happen but was upset of the handling of my poor experience. Well, Jenna and Elena took care of that and more. Again, thank you both for everything! The way you guys reached out over phone and email until coming to a resolution means a lot to me. Kylo has been back once already, and will stay a few more times over the summer.

We can't survive without Angie now that we found her! Her playgroups and boarding services are by far the best. She is reliable, punctual and provides an enirching environment for the dogs all the time. Love her updates and videos throughout the day too. We've tried multiple daycares, dog walkers, and other boarding places but they were too expensive, unreliable or just not the right environment for our active pup. We feel at ease whenever she's with Angie and the best part is she comes home exhausted from all the fun.

I don't even know where to start on how happy we are that we found Angie. We've taken our dog to other places for boarding and he would come home anxious and seemingly unhappy. That's never the case when he goes to For Sniffs and Giggles! Our pup comes back worn out (in a good way!). Angie take's the dogs on hikes, gives them plenty of play time with other dogs, and always makes sure they get to spend plenty of time resting on the couch or on a lap. We use Angie for weekly play sessions as well and can't imagine ever looking to go anywhere else for boarding or walks. If your pup is social and enjoys being around other dogs, talk to Angie!!
