I sent them an email as the owner advised, but there was no response whatsoever.
I am always in support of small businesses, but cannot tolerate ignorance and disrespect. The place needs to step up, or they will lose their customers due to unprofessional and poor business practices.

Do not bring your clothing here! They ruined my $700 jacket. They clearly do not know how to handle suede or leather. There was no apology, nothing. Unprofessional and poor business practices.

I have used dynast clears for over 15 years since we live so close in redwood shores. They offer pickup and delivery. I usually drop off stuff and they get it back to me the following week without delay. Great quality. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. For routine customers, they provide branded laundry bags for easy identification and use. Highly recommended.

I brought in three pieces worth $500 to be cleaned, two of which were purchased in the last three weeks. When I came to pick them up there were burn marks all over the clothing. When I showed them the marks, they gaslit me and said, "maybe you brought it to us like this" even though it had been marked for re-cleaning. When I asked to speak to someone about the marks I was told I needed to wait until the following week when the owner was available. They wouldn't let me take the damaged clothing home without paying for their "services" and couldn't tell me if they would be able to repair the clothing. Ironically, another customer was there with the exact same issue - she brought in a brand new blazer and there were new spots and marks all over it. Do not take your clothing here.
