Her location is convenient - right off of 101 - and it's such a great space! Always clean, never crowded, and you get great personalized attention! Shari keeps the workouts challenging but really fun at the same time. Seeing Shari keeps you accountable for your program and every session with her has been a great use of time! Shari is great!She runs a very well structured, professional business. Her studio is immaculate and free of any clutter. She has the best personality to help her costumers define and accomplish their fitness and health goals.My 20 year old daughter, with Shari's assistance, lost 50 pounds in 8 months.She has learned the impact of diet on our body and mind. At this point she also better understands science behind exercise and it's form.Without being overly sweet, Shari has been a blessing to our family.Thank you Shari!

Shari has helped me get fit (and stay fit) through two pregnancies. She is a great motivator and has an uncanny ability to design workouts that are challenging, but never overdo it. Because Shari's studio is private, its a very comfortable environment (usually just Shari and me) and I don't have to pay a separate fee for gym membership.
