On the last refinance, as with the previous ones, he worked very hard to get the timing right for the lowest rate possible. I highly recommend Bay Area Capital Funding. Chuck Green has successfully helped me achieve my residential financing goals not once, but three times as my situation changed over the years. This most recent round I set a high bar, by seeking an aggressive interest rate, flexible terms and quick turnaround, and Chuck helped me find a strong solution. He beat out opus advisers in rates for a refi. You can't do much about the annoying process of those pesky underwriters but at least you can go through someone who is nice and very responsive like chuck. If you don't understand the jargon he has clear explanations. Also he did me a huge favor when the loan lock had to be extended and it was the banks fault. Which he didn't have to do but he insisted. He's also very receptive to feedback so don't hesitate. Highly recommend
