Scheduling was a snap, and the gentleman who cleaned the carpets was SO friendly, helpful and courteous! I was shocked at how much dirt and cat hair was in the carpets even though they had been cleaned 6 months earlier. And the price is right!
Making the order was easy. I received the estimated bill from Tracy two days prior. Everything was on time, Andy was very nice and professional. He explained me everything and we agreed on the best option for my old carpet. After cleaning it looks much-much better and I know it is clean.
