Amos was very professional and knew what he was doing. He inspected our prospective mobile home and made sure to check everything. He was very diligent and addressed all his concerns with us big and small. I definitely would recommend his services. Very good pricing as well!

Amos from Second Chance Home Inspection has done numerous Home Inspections for my clients and has never disappointed. Not only is he professional but, he is very informative and extremely thorough from the moment the inspection is scheduled, answering all asked questions to the end of each finished inspection report. He always takes the time to explain the report in great detail so everything is understood answering any followed questions that are asked in great detail. Thank you Amos! Amos did two separate home inspections for me! One in December 2021 and in February 2022. He is professional and you can trust that he will thoroughly Inspect your house/home. He was always on time and fast with giving us back the inspection reports. He took the time to talk to us about what he seen in the house and made recommendations for our house we were purchasing. I felt confident that as a buyer that I was informed of the condition of my house before hand. I wouldn’t have had that without Amos doing such a great job!
