While the company has received mixed reviews, its long-standing history and commitment to serving the local community suggest it is a reliable choice for those seeking glass and window solutions.
If there were six+ stars we'd give it to Rondy's. Thank you Brett for such prompt (and friendly) service with providing our quote, ordering our windows and scheduling the installation. The installers (Eric, Art and Anthony) did an exceptional job from start to finish. Great customer service!
I had $2000 shower glass doors installed by ALLGOOD Glass - AllGood was purchased by Rondy's in March 2023, about a minute after AllGood did my install. 1 year warranty.Almost immediatly the glass door started to slip and hit the fixed panel, AllGood referred to Rondy's and they came out and fixed it. Two months later the same happened. and Two months later (today) they came out again, "fixed the door", and want to charge me $120 telling me the warranty is not being honored. I purchased the doors in March, 2023. Tech told me to talk with Cindy and he left and came back 5 min later telling me the owner said I knew it was a "service call" - is there anything else?.. isn't a warranty repair also called a "service call". No price was quoted to me over phone when the appointment was made. Rondy's had my information in their computer.Usually, when a company is purchased, the warranties do not become null-void.What is my recourse? I would give them 4 stars for the great work the techs did, 1 star for communication (I called two weeks ago and didn't get a call back), 0 stars for not honoring a warranty repair done by a company they purchased.Yes, the glass is fixed (so far) but what about the $120 bill?
I ordered a huge double paned picture window glass from Rondy's. It arrived to them within the time frame stated. I got it the next day. Delivery was professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Although the shop was not good with communication for ETAs and would not schedule the delivery for when my contractor was actually going to be here overall I give a 5 star because of the quality of the glass and delivery.
