Spoke with Jackie B. with Eligibility this morning, after leaving a voicemail to receive a call back. She was so helpful and I explained to her that our office has called several times to check claim status and can't leave a message because their voice mail is full. She was so helpful and was willing to help with claim status. I appreciate representative like her and we need more of her. Thank you Jackie for your kindness.
Don't call us, we'll call you! This seems to be everyone's complaint. They actually tell you they're too busy to take your call. I'm so sorry for you if you get stuck with this medical group.
They always say they will call you back and never do. I have been trying to get a referral approved since Oct. It's now December and still nothing. If you get assigned to this group make them assign you someone else
