Customers appreciate the quick resolution of issues, though some are concerned about price increases. Overall, it provides a safe and convenient storage experience with good service.
The girls who work there are awesome. Very helpful and attentive to any requests or issues. It’s a shame they raised the price for the units by 75%. It’s the only reason I moved out
I was really happy with SecureSpace Storage in San Bernardino. I rented a climate controlled 10' x 20' unit. No damage to any of my items. The staff were friendly and always answered the phone when I had a question. When finally moving out of state, there was enough space for Old Dominion domestic trucking to get in and out easily. They use diesel truck and trailers. My items were safe and secure for over half a year. Never a problem. Many security cameras on site. I was very pleased with the cleanliness everytime I went to the site. I give them 5 stars. Thank you SecureSpace.
Nice customer service and pretty fast results. Helped me out with my online account! I appreciate this company. The storages are so clean and well kept and customer service hotline is so friendly and will do everything in their power to make sure your account is taken care of.
